Refunds
Last updated: 22 October 2026.
Where you bought the course decides who refunds it.
Where you bought
- In the Android app: Google Play refunds it. See Google Play’s refund process.
- In the iOS app: Apple refunds it. Use reportaproblem.apple.com.
- On mojiya.app: Paddle refunds it. Paddle is the seller of record for web purchases.
Web purchases
Request a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”, or use the link in your receipt email. Paddle reviews each request under its Buyer Refund Policy.
Consumers in the EU, the UK, and other places with a statutory right keep their statutory withdrawal rights. Those rights apply as the law sets them. Paddle’s policy states, among other things, that the right to withdraw from digital content can end once the content is accessed with your consent at checkout.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time. Cancel in the place you bought it.
- On the web: Paddle’s customer portal, or paddle.net.
- On Android: Google Play subscriptions.
- On iOS: Apple ID subscriptions.
Access continues to the end of the paid period. There is no charge after that.
After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the paid course closes on every platform for that account. The free lessons, the dictionary, the reader, and the video tools stay.
Tips
A tip is a one-time purchase. A refund follows the same route as the store or Paddle it was bought through.
